These Terms of Service govern purchases from MyCasaDigital and use of our website at https://mycasadigital.com/. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Refund and Cancellation Policy, and our Privacy Policy.
Our Products
MyCasaDigital sells digital products, including downloadable planners, calendars, and templates. Products are delivered electronically. No physical item is shipped unless a product page expressly states otherwise.
Each product page describes the product, its price, file format, and any important software or account requirements. Please review those details before purchasing. Some products may require a third-party application, such as Google Sheets, to use all of their features.
Orders and Prices
The total amount payable is shown at checkout before you submit payment. A purchase of a digital download is a one-time payment unless both the product page and checkout clearly state that a recurring payment applies.
Promotional prices and any conditions attached to a promotion will be shown with the offer. Changing a product’s price later will not change the price of an order you have already paid for.
We may decline or cancel an order if payment is not authorized, the order appears fraudulent, or a material pricing or product-description error prevents us from fulfilling it as advertised. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount paid to the original payment method and notify you using the contact details provided with the order.
Payment and Digital Delivery
Payments are processed through the payment methods offered at checkout. Your digital product should become available to download after successful payment. Please provide a working email address so we can send order information and help you if access fails.
If your download is missing, inaccessible, damaged, or materially different from its description, email [email protected] with your order number. We will investigate and provide an appropriate solution, such as restoring access, supplying a corrected file, or issuing a refund.
Refunds and Cancellation
You may request a refund for a digital product within 15 calendar days of purchase, for any reason. This includes discounted products and products you have already downloaded or accessed. Our Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how to make a request and when refunds are processed.
This 15-day policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law. If you have a payment question or dispute, you may contact us, your bank, or your payment provider.
License to Use Digital Products
When you purchase a digital product, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own personal or internal business purposes on up to three devices you control, unless the product page clearly states different license terms before purchase. A one-time purchase does not require an ongoing subscription to keep using the purchased product.
You may use a template to create finished work for yourself or your clients. You may also share a working copy with a client when needed to collaborate on that work. This does not give the client a separate right to resell or distribute the original template.
You may not sell, redistribute, sublicense, or offer the original digital files or editable templates as standalone products, whether modified or unmodified, without permission from the relevant rights holder. Purchasing a product does not transfer its copyright or other intellectual property rights to you. Products and included materials remain owned by their respective rights holders.
If an order is refunded, the license for that product ends. You must stop using or distributing the original files after the refund. Any product-specific license terms must be disclosed on the product page before purchase.
Accounts and Acceptable Use
If you create an account, you are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping your login details secure. Contact us if you believe someone has used your account without permission.
You must not use the website or products to break the law, infringe another person’s rights, interfere with the website’s operation, introduce malicious code, or attempt to access accounts or systems without authorization. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address fraud, security issues, or a material breach of these Terms. This does not remove your refund or other legal rights.
Reviews and Other Content You Submit
If you submit a product review or other public content, you are responsible for ensuring it is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe another person’s rights. By submitting it, you permit us to display it on our website. We may remove content that is spam, unlawful, misleading, or abusive.
Third-Party Services
Some products work with third-party applications or include links to third-party services. Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies. Their availability and features may change. If a third-party requirement materially affects a product, we aim to describe it on the product page before purchase. Your rights concerning a product that is not as described remain unaffected.
Website Availability and Consumer Rights
We work to keep the website and downloads available, but temporary interruptions or technical errors may occur. If an error prevents you from accessing a purchased product, contact us so we can resolve it.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including applicable rights relating to faulty or misdescribed digital content. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when you purchased a product.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms for future use of the website and future purchases. We will post the updated version here and change the “Last updated” date above. The Terms in effect when you placed an order will continue to apply to that purchase unless a change is required by law or you agree to it. We will not retroactively reduce the license rights granted with a completed purchase.
